Laura Edgar


Laura Edgar is an artist based in Whitley Bay on the North East coastline working with textile and mixed media. She uses a mix of vintage, recycled fabrics, ephemera and haberdashery ; incorporating embroidery and painting techniques to create original art inspired by landscapes, seascapes and nature.

This video I have made shows you the different tools available on Pic Monkey.  You will be able to make several versions of the same picture very quickly.  Screen shot as you go so that you have a number images.  Make notes of the tools you are using to annotate your photos.

You are free to find your own artist if you prefer.  Your A3ish response can be in any material including textile, sculpture, print, paint, mixed media, collage or photographic.

You are also expected to complete all the work from this term including the  homework assignments.
